offers potential home buyers the opportunity to
preview the area s best builders, landscapers, interior
designers and other building trades while getting a
glimpse of trends in new homes and what can be done
to update existing homes.
Everyone is invited to come and see the houses.
When new houses are built in the
Yankton area, people usually take
notice, but often once the building is
complete there isn t a chance to
see the finished product, except
from the outside. The Lewis & Clark
Home Builders Association is
offering area residents a sneak
peek inside 6 recently constructed or
remodeled homes during the April
21st Parade of Homes.
Of the 6 homes several are for sale
and all have been built within the past 6
months to 2 years. The Parade of Homes is
held each year, except when the economy doesn t
cooperate.
The Parade of Homes is a free event and everyone is welcome to
attend.
The event will be held from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. April 21 and all you
have to do is look at the maps and directions and stop by the
