Pre-school, Junior Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Open House - Sacred Heart Elementary School (Supper at 5:30 p.m. - Presentation 6:00 p.m.) Wednesday, January 29 - "School Spirit Day" "All School Mass" at St. Benedict Church. SHES and SHMS students will work together to create "Socks of Love" for a community service project. Show your spirit by wearing your Catholic Schools Week T-Shirt and Silly Socks for the Sock Hop! Faculty/Staff luncheon Thursday, January 30 - "Celebrate your Vocations" Teachers dress in clothing to promote their college alumni/Students dress in clothing to promote their favorite college or colors associated with it Students and teachers will say the vocations prayer in their classrooms and discuss the various types of vocations Various religious members from the Yankton community will be invited to lunch at our school.
